Who We Are

Compliante Solutions helps start-ups and established practices optimize revenues and minimize risk through the use of best practices in risk adjustment, revenue cycle management, correct coding initiatives and service enhancements.
Thirty years ago, the founders of Compliante Solutions leveraged their combined experiences and relationships to form a health care network of over 4,000 providers. Understanding the needs of both providers and payers, the network was able to negotiate favorable reimbursements while minimizing administrative burdens for providers and payers alike. The founders also worked with individual providers to help them improve patient outcomes as well as improve the financial performance of their practices.

Our Leadership Team

Robert W. Lowder - President

Robert W. Lowder

Bob has been designing business processes and supporting software for the medical and insurance industries for over twenty years.  Clients include managed care organizations, medical providers, service industry providers and general business. For payers such as large employers and managed care companies, he has created medical claim processing systems and integrated managed care oversight programs.  For medical and ancillary service providers, Bob has designed systems ranging from pharmacy card plans to medical supply order entry.

For the past six years, he has been focused on assisting clients with evolving challenges associated with cybersecurity, physical security and integrating company operations with effective HIPAA compliance programs.

Bob is a former Naval Aviation Officer who served in operational squadrons and ships for over eleven years.  Prior to his Navy career, Bob graduated from the University of Florida with a BSBA degree in Economics. Postgraduate studies, conducted at The George Washington University and Old Dominion University respectively, included Industrial Personnel Management and an MBA course of instruction. Bob was also a founding partner of The Provider Management Group, Inc., a Florida-based workers’ compensation PPO.

Charlotte H. Lowder

Charlotte specializes in risk management, project management, and marketing design/implementation for medical providers and related support services. She brings extensive expertise blending risk management and organizational efficiency.  Through thoughtful process design and workflow optimization, she helps companies strengthen their enterprise-level risk posture, management and financial controls.

Charlotte began her career as a property and casualty insurance broker, serving large manufacturing firms, healthcare organizations, and government entities. She later expanded her focus to employee benefits programs as well as property and casualty risk management for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, HMOs, PPOs, and rehabilitation centers. Throughout her career, she has developed national training programs for both insurance industry professionals and healthcare providers, focusing on the dynamics of managed care from both the provider and payer perspectives.

Charlotte holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America. She has served the sub-acute and long-term care industries as both Risk Manager and Director of Managed Care, and was a founding partner of The Provider Management Group, Inc., an award-winning Florida-based workers’ compensation PPO.
